Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Armair Studio. Because fabrics are cut and packed for each order, returns are limited - but we will always help if something arrives wrong or not as described.

We encourage you to open and inspect your parcel at delivery before paying on COD. Check fabric quality, colour, and included pieces while the courier is present.

Opening the parcel for inspection does not affect your right to report wrong or damaged items - but fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if:

• The wrong item or quantity was sent
• The product is significantly different from the listing (fabric type, brand, or pieces)
• The item arrived damaged or defective (with photo proof)

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

• Change of mind or colour preference after purchase
• Fabric cut, altered, washed, or used
• Minor shade differences between screen and fabric (we describe colours as accurately as possible)
• Delays caused by incorrect address or refused delivery

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. Refunds typically complete within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items (where a return is required).

COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit - we will confirm details with you.

If stock is available, we may offer an exchange for the same value. Any price difference must be paid before dispatch. Exchange shipping may apply outside our error.

WhatsApp or email us with your order number, reason, and photos. Do not return items without our approval and return instructions - unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
