By accessing or purchasing from Armair Studio (armairstudio.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We sell fabric products as described on each product page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). Prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation (email/SMS) means we accepted your order. Payment methods available at checkout may include COD and online payment via Shopify Payments or other gateways.

Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Site content, logos, and design are owned by Armair Studio or licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armair Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
