Shipping Policy

Armair Studio delivers across Pakistan. This policy explains processing times, shipping partners, delivery areas, and cash on delivery (COD) so you know what to expect before you order.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive updates by SMS/WhatsApp or email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier coverage. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is an issue with your address.

You may open and inspect your parcel at delivery. We encourage customers to check fabric quality, print, and pieces before paying the courier - especially on COD orders.

Please keep exact change ready where possible. If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel - repeated failed attempts may incur return shipping charges.

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Free or discounted shipping promotions apply only during the stated offer period and to eligible orders.

Inspect your parcel at delivery when possible - opening the package to check fabric is allowed and recommended. If the package is visibly damaged, the wrong item was sent, or pieces are missing, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will work with you on a fair resolution.
